How to Unlock the Spectral Blade in Remnant 2

How to Unlock the Spectral Blade in Remnant 2

In Remnant 2, you’ll have access to both melee and ranged weapons to help you on your journey.

Among the many weapons you’ll find in the game, there’s one called the Spectral Blade.

The Spectral Blade is a super-heated laser sword that comes with a unique Weapon Mod called Whirlwind.

With this mod, you can unleash a whirlwind of slashes by performing a neutral backdash and charge melee attack.

However, getting your hands on the Spectral Blade isn’t easy.

How to Get the Spectral Blade

To unlock the Spectral Blade, you must defeat Sha’Hala, the Spectral Guardian of N’Erud, obtain the Eidolon Shard, and craft the weapon at Ward 13.

In order to start the process of getting the Spectral Blade, you must first find three Seeker’s Keys.

These keys are essential in order to unlock the door to the Sha’Hala boss fight.

1. Seeker’s Keys

Given the randomly generated locations in Remnant 2, it is important to know which starting area to begin in before attempting the process.

Seeker's Rest Key Location

To unlock the Spectral Blade, you must begin the N’Erud world at Seeker’s Rest. This will set you on the correct path.

Here’s what you need to do:

  1. Choose Adventure mode and reroll N’Erud world until you get Seeker’s Rest as your starting area
  2. Inside Seeker’s Keep, you’ll find the first Seeker’s Key on top of the stairs
  3. After getting the key, locate the Custodian in Phantom Wasteland and exhaust his dialogue
  4. The Custodian will ask you to find the Core, which is in Sentinel’s Keep

Sentinel’s Keep door is locked and requires three Seeker’s Keys to open it and access Sha’Hala boss fight.

Since we know the randomly generated nature of Remnant 2, the specific locations of the other two Seeker’s Keys cannot be pinpointed.

As a result, you may find the other Seeker’s Keys in dungeons such as the Hatchery, Astropath’s Respite, or Spectrum Nexus. People have reported finding the Seeker’s Keys at the end of these locations.

If you come across dungeons with end-level bosses, you’re heading in the right direction.

Upon defeating the boss, an elevator will lead you to the same set of stairs as the Seeker’s Rest. At the top, you can acquire your Seeker’s Keys.

Now that you have all three Seeker’s Keys, you will be able to unlock the door to the Sentinel’s Keep.

2. Sha’Hala Boss Fight

After unlocking the door to the Sentinel’s Keep, you’ll find an elevator that leads to Sha’Hala, the Spectral Guardian of N’Erud. There will be a panel you can interact with to initiate the fight.

Sha’Hala can be a challenging boss, so be sure to come prepared, and if possible, bring some friends along. The key to success is to target the big orb, as it’s the weak point.

Once you defeat Sha’Hala, you’ll receive an Eidolon Shard.

Important tip: If you have the Override Pin, DO NOT use it in the panel as it can alter the drop you receive from the boss fight.

3. Ward 13
