How to Reset Your Traits in Remnant 2

How to Reset Your Traits in Remnant 2

When you start Remnant 2, you’ll receive Trait points that you can use to improve your character’s abilities. These attributes give you passive bonuses and buffs to your character.

Initially, you might spend all your points on the limited number of Traits available. However, as you progress, you may find it challenging to upgrade future Traits.

This is why Remnant 2 offers a respec feature that allows you to adjust your character build by resetting your points.

This way, you can try out different playstyles and correct any mistakes you made in your point allocation.

How to reset your stats may not be immediately obvious but it’s a straightforward process if you know what to do.

How to Respec Your Stats

Craft Orb of Undoing Remnant 2

To respec your Traits in Remnant 2, you’ll need to talk to Wallace in Ward 13 and purchase the Orb of Undoing item.

After talking to Wallace, choose to craft the Orb of Undoing. This will cost you 2,500 Scrap and 3 Lumenite Crystals.

Wallace is the same person who lets you choose your Starting Archetype. You can find him in his usual spot.

Once you have the Orb of Undoing, you can use this consumable item from your inventory to reset all your Trait points.

As you progress in the game, you gain many new Traits, making the Orb of Undoing an important item.

It also means you should be careful about using it because you may need another one when those new Traits become available.

It’s recommended to respec when you feel your character is weaker or when you want to try a new build.
