To break the Stargazer Ruins seal, you’ll need to summon the Spirit Jellyfish Ashes, the sister of the Stargazer Jellyfish.

Don’t worry if you confused the jellyfish as an enemy and kill it, it will respawn anytime you rest at a Site of Grace.

You can get the Spirit Jellyfish Ashes from Roderika after exhausting her dialogue at Stormhill Shack in Limgrave.
